Integrated technologies
All technologies and treatments are integrated into the machine. To perform treatments with the desired technology, simply insert the applicator and the machine activates instantly.
Applicators can also be purchased later, directly from the Store, depending on your growth needs or the services you want to offer your clients.
To get a new technology, you don’t need to buy a new machine—just the applicator.
Touch Screen
UNA allows you to focus on what needs to be done, not on how to do it.
The touchscreen graphic interface makes selecting and performing treatments immediate. The controls are simple, clear, and intuitive—identical for all technologies; there’s no need to study many different manuals.
With just a few taps on the large screen, you can select, set up, and start treatments; it’s as easy as using a smartphone.
Treatment Search
It’s easy to choose the treatment to perform from those available.
You can search by Applicator, Area (legs, arms, face…), Technology (ultrasound, electrotherapy, radiofrequency…), or Type (slimming, toning, hair removal…).
You can also create a list of favorite treatments—the ones you perform most often—to find them quickly.
Multimedia Training
A picture is worth a thousand words, so UNA not only describes each treatment, procedure, and technology in detail, but also shows clear and effective images of: how to properly hold the applicator; which areas to treat and which to avoid; how to perform the movements and where to place the applicators. Images and videos can be expanded to full screen for better viewing.
Customer Information
Nothing is left to chance. UNA displays all the necessary information (precautions and contraindications) before performing a treatment. Only after confirming the absence of contraindications on the client does UNA allow the treatment to proceed. For all treatments, it is possible to print the information sheet for the client to sign.
Remote Update
Updating UNA with new treatments is very simple — just any Internet connection (Wi-Fi, LAN, or Internet Key) and pressing a single button; the rest is handled automatically. No scheduling worries, the server is always available to download new items: Store product price lists, courses, software updates, and more.
Export and Backup
All appointments and client data can be saved onto a USB drive and transferred to a PC for external management, or moved to another UNA workstation.
Multichannel
UNA has multiple independent output channels, each controllable separately. In case of a module/channel failure, another can be used to perform the same treatment and avoid interruptions.
Multitreatment
Thanks to its independent output channels, UNA can perform different treatments simultaneously. UNA alerts you if the treatments are incompatible or unsafe to perform together.
Modular
UNA is the first system with interchangeable modules. Thanks to this patented technology, it can be configured freely according to your needs. High Power modules can also be inserted into the same base unit, to be used under medical supervision for specific applications. The “drawer-style” modules are easily removable and replaceable by the operator, without needing assistance from a service center.
Expansion to New Technologies
UNA is a long-term investment. When new technologies emerge, they are simply incorporated by installing new modules and updating treatments. This way, you can perform new treatments and use new applicators, staying up to date at a low cost without buying a new machine.
Universal Connectors
A single type of connector, easy to plug in and unplug. It locks securely and is easy to remove. No more problems caused by insertion errors that often damage machines.
Applicator Recognition
UNA automatically recognizes and tests the applicator connected to any of the available channels. Some applicators have self-calibration programs that maximize their efficiency during treatments. Other applicators automatically detect contact with the treated subject during the procedure.
Self-Diagnostics and Certifications
UNA monitors its own health status, automatically checking that everything is working correctly. Front indicators immediately show the status of the module or applicator, while all parameters can be viewed on the screen. It also alerts when the mandatory safety certification is about to expire.
Remote Assistance
In case of malfunction, UNA can connect directly to our Diagnostic Center. Thanks to remote assistance with an operator, qualified staff will identify problems remotely and activate the appropriate procedures to resolve them, including sending a new module for warranty replacement.
Smart Card
It is possible to purchase personalized cards with your Center’s logo and colors to give to clients. With the Smart Card reader, you can manage loyalty campaigns or points collections based on the treatments they purchase.
E-Learning
UNA is also a platform for obtaining certificates remotely via e-Learning. Just download the courses and study the materials, then access the Test area to verify your knowledge. Once passed, the participation certificate with the acquired skills will be sent directly to your Center.
Built-in Store
Whenever you want to purchase cosmetics, consumable products, new applicators, treatments, or courses, you can do it all from the UNA Store. You can add items to a Reminder list or directly to the cart and buy them using only the touch screen, without using your phone or searching for suppliers. Everything you need is available in the UNA Store.

Dozens of treatments are available immediately and are continuously updated! New treatments are released as new technologies and updates become available. No strange commands, no sequences to learn. Choose the treatment with a touch of your finger, selecting by Application Area, Type, Technology, or Applicator used, and let yourself be guided. Each treatment includes detailed instructions with explanatory videos and photos, showing the correct position for the subject and the applicator, as well as the number and duration of cycles to perform. Every treatment is also a training course: you can deepen your knowledge or learn new techniques before or during the application. Scroll through the photos to check positions and applicator paths, verify contraindications, and print the Informed Consent for the Client. Discover products that maximize the treatment’s effects and purchase them or add them to the Shopping List to stock your beauty center.

Organize appointments easily and intuitively with the weekly and monthly planner. With printing, you will always have the cabin and client organization under control. Using the drag & drop feature, you can move appointments simply by dragging them to another day or time.
Manage and update the price list also for treatments not performed with UNA (waxing, massages, nails, and more). With statistical data on treatments performed, clients, and consumption, you will always keep track of your business performance and be able to focus on promoting the most requested and profitable activities.
